hello,

Sorry, my English is not good.
I have been a few weeks the problem that the e-mail notification in my file triggers do not work anymore. I have tried a lot and found that "Connection" is not selected in the "Email" -> "Main settings".
In the drop down menu appears nothing to me, even though I have set up many connections. Click on button "Manage Connections" shows a blank window. But the window is empty because in "Protocol Type" is a undetectable filter is set. I click on "Clear filter", everything is displayed. I close the window "Manage Connections", the filter becomes active again and I can not select a connection.
I'm stumped ...

I use the version 7.2.1
Thanks for your help

It sounds like you are trying to use a Connection with a protocol that is not matching the Task type. For example, only protocol that can be used for email Task are SMTP Connections. Sounds like you have created an IMAP or POP3 connection which is for the Email Trigger (for receiving and not sending).

But, I've created an IMAP4 protocol. This trigger has always worked. Only after VisualCron Update and Net Framework update it no longer works.
I have also tried to create a new trigger. Exactly as directed http://www.visualcron.com/TutorialView.aspx?id=9
The same problem. I can not select a connection. I have to click on the button "Clear filter", then I see the connections. Then I close the window "Manage Connections", I can not select a connection.

But..you are using an Email Task and not Email Trigger.

Email Task->SMTP Connection
Email Trigger->IMAP or POP3
