When using email triggers, the search search is case sensitive.

Would it be possible to make this case insensitive, either as std or through a flag.

HI Henrik,

Yes the problem is that when using the email trigger, the text used to initiate the trigger must match exactly regardless of case.

We tried to use this to initiate user requests, but it became too difficult due to this issue.
