I want to trigger an email account on our exchange, save the attachment (only.pdf) and print it on a printer.

n the documentation and forum I haven't found anything about my problem Email Trigger/Event.

The best way is to setup one Job that fetches email and save to a certain folder. Then you use another Job to monitor that folder with *.pdf filter. On that second Job you create the Print Task and use the FilePath Variable on the Trigger result (LastTrigger). Let us know if you need futher help on this.

Hi Henrik,

Thanks for your answer.
I have done the print Job. I work fine.

I have made an Event on the Email Adress, but it didn't save the attachment.
Can I make a decision of Attachement. I need only attachment with extension *.pdf.

kind regards

No, currently you cant. You have to make the filter att File Trigger level.

I am not sure what you mean. Are you saying there is a bug here?

Hi Henrik,

I think so.

in the field save to folder i have the value c:\pdf, but visualcron makes

c:\pdf\AAwDUwoAAAgbpfF6D0di8m0cHX84kWXQ\attachments

I need the pdf attachment from the email directly in the c:\pdf folder.

Where and how can I meke this

best regards

This is not a bug. VisualCron creates a unique folder based on the unique mail id. If that wasn't done your attachments will overwrite each other. Still it is very easy to use. You just setup the File Trigger to watch the pdf folder and it's subdirectories. Then you can use the FullPath Variable to get the actual path to the file.
