Hi,
We have an email trigger which triggers on the subject line containing the word 'Approve'
Is there a way to make this case insensitive so that it would also match 'approve' and 'APPROVE'?

Hello,
Please add a check box in the File Trigger section to "Ignore Case" or "Case Insensitive" (or "Case Sensitive" and I could uncheck it)
We use windows, which is NOT case sensitive.
