In two separate jobs, the "Include file mask" on a Download FTP command was reset to "*". This happened sometime between last job run on Friday and first job run on Monday. The machine rebooted over the weekend.

I searched but couldn't find mention of this specific problem. Has anyone reported this sort of behavior before?

I can't test another reboot right now to see if the problem replicates, but scheduled reboot occurs every weekend.

Running VC 7.1.7 on Win 2008R2 Datacenter (x64).

Thanks.

Only reason I can think of is that an old backup has been imported. The reason is that, some versions ago, when we started using File Filters in these Tasks we had to import old settings. Once imported we reset old settings. But...if you import and old file or a old file is loaded for some reason we start from the beginning again.

Thanks for the response. It didn't replicate after this week's reboot. I'm not going to investigate any further.
