We currently use a number of email triggers to save attachments sent via email. This works well although it results in the saving of attachments to a unique folder each time and we then have to create a separate task to move back to the root and another to clean up the subfolders.
Although I understand why things were done this way, we would prefer the option to allow things to save to a root folder. If a file with the same name is already there then it should overwrite the file.
