Hi

after a failed VMware tools upgrade yesterday i get the following error with all jobs.

Error at starting process: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): Access is
denied.

I got the tools installed after but the error continues to come.

i Upgraded Visualcron to version 7.1.7 from 7.1.5 to see if that working but it didnt work.

All the jobs are execute tasks which execute different scripts on network shares which are mapped through visualcron.

is there anyone who has experienced this before?

here is the full error:

Sounds like a user is updated. Try creating a new admin and use that user as Credential.

there are no credentials in this visualcron setup, the computer account is used on the shares.

i tried moving to a new visualcron server, but i got the same error.

i tihnk ill dig into the fileserver permissions again.

It seems like you are mentioning an Execute Task. Is the actual exe located on a network share?
