Hi All,

Had an interesting issue with a Server Install of 7.1.0 Today

FYI this is Install # 8 . . . so not the first and the others have been clean.

Server 2008 R2

Did an in place upgrade 7.0.6 > 7.1.0

No Errors or warnings on installation, service, local client and remote client all came up OK.

Next automatically scheduled jobs all failed with the attached screen print.

Method not found: 'UInt64 ZetaLongPaths.ZlpFileInfo.get_Length()'.

They are all Basic Jobs (File Delete, File Copy).

Confirmed same with a Test > Show Filtered Files on a Delete Files Task. This reproduced the same error.

As it is a Production Server did not have a lot of time to mess around in the maintenance window . . .

<Nothing in the server logs>

<Repair Installation - 7.1.0 Did not Correct>

<Full Uninstall Followed by Install - 7.1.0> Was successful>

....sorry if this isn't enough to go on.

Thanks, we are investigating this. For some reason the uninstall did not work and the file was not replaced.

Hi Henrik,

FYI did 2 more servers today, one of which replicated the error above, the other server was fine. As you suggest I think the uninstall is perhaps not being completely clean in *some* circumstances.

I observed 7.0.6 and 7.1.0 both listed in Add/Remove Programs post install.

Uninstalled VisualCron manually (both 7.0.6 & 7.1.0) from Add/Remove Programs and then immediately reinstalled 7.1.0 successfully . . . . and all appears well.
