We've had VisualCron since Summer and it has worked just fine.

We now have an issue that if the computer is not logged in the jobs will not run. We need these jobs to run in the foreground and require access to the logical drive mappings of that computer/user.

I created a Credential and under "Execution Context" where it says "Before Execution" I had it use that Credential for "Logon/Unlock using Credential". Also, "After Execution" I have it "Do Nothing" so that it stays logged in as that user.

However, it's not working!

Please advise.

VisualCron is running as server and client on a Windows 2003 server desktop.

The problem could be _too_ narrow settings in the execution context. Like you want a specific session. Best way to check the problem is to turn Extended debugging in server settings, then open the realtime log and then run the Task.
