I am on version 7.0.7 and am making use of the Flow feature of tasks to perform some action control. I have a job setup and working fine but run into problems when I clone it. In the cloned copy, the Goto Task setting within the Flow tab is empty even though the description kept the original value. As a result, I have to manually reset it to the task that's desired.

Seeing as I have 4 or 5 manual flow controls and I need to clone the job 100+ times, this is going to be a grind to have to reset in each clone.

Is this a known bug? Is there a fix in a newer version?

Thanks for the report - this one was new. We have fixed this now for the upcoming version. Hopefully a beta will be released before the weekend.

On a related note, the same Job has a leading Job/Task control Task. When cloned, the Tasks choice is cleared and has to be manually reset.

Thanks, we have fixed this as well. You will not see this directly when editing the Task from new cloned window (because the Job and Task is not created yet) but next time you open the Task from Task row or Job row. So, if you clone and save it will be alright (in the new version).

Not sure of the version number, if it will be 7.0.9 or 7.1.0 but it will be the next version.

Installed 7.0.9 beta.

Task settings in Flows now persist within the cloned Job.

The Task setting on a Job/Task Control Task is still cleared. I clone the job, rename it, reopen it, inspect the Job/Task Control task - the task setting (which normally just points to the 2nd task in the job) is unset.

See post #4. We have some limitations here so you need to save the Job first.

Yes, I clone the job, rename it and save. I reopen the job, inspect Job/Task Control task and the task setting is unset. This isn't as critical since I need to customize the job variables anyway and it's just an extra click on that task. Getting the patch on the flow unsets was a far bigger concern and that's working great now.
