Not sure if this is possible or not, but could you please add an enhancement that will allow variables to be passed into the address fields and/or Subject Lines of emails.

The goal is to set up Job status emails (Success/Fail) and to have the job/task status as part of the subject line.

As well as store an email address in a job.

That way anyone could set up 1 email template for failed/successful jobs.

This can already be done today. If you want to use a "template" you should create an Email Notification which you can use in each Job.

Then open the Variables browser. I am attaching a screenshot where you find the Variables.

When I previously tried to use {task(<objectID>|results)} in the subject line, it came back with an error.

I am testing it in 7.0.7 today. I'll let you know the results.

Starting a new thread for some advice on a similar issue I need some guidance on...
