We have VC server 4.93 installed in a Windows XP computer that runs a batch file everytime the user logs off. I had the email notification working just fine. Now it gives me error : Error Expecting 235 Received 535 5.7.3. Authentication unsuccessful.

I checked and cofirmed the credentials used for notification. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Yes, I am getting the same error when I run the task.

Then it is definitely related to username/password or some kind of ip restriction or other security method in your smtp server.
