Hi Team,
We are facing an issue with a Visual Cron job "3.2 Carrefour France AM Build QC Cube (TR - Event 2.1 / C - File Check)". This job is triggered along with two other jobs 3.1 and 3.3 once the job 2.1 is completed the job 3.2 stops with error code 5 (Access is Denied) however the other 2 jobs 3.1 and 3.3 runs fine. In that case the team manually starts the job and it gets completed.
This scenario has occurred intermittently in the past week. I have attached the VC settings screenshots and can you please advice what's causing this issue ?
Also can you please let me know how to get the debugging switch enabled on the task inside VC. So that the output of the debug can be written to a temp file. This will help you track the cause. I would need your assistance in administering the setting as you guys are the expert in this.
