We are having an issue with some of our File triggers becoming inactive. Not sure of the cause. Is there somewhere that cause is logged?

It depends on Trigger type but this kind of information is logged in the normal server log file.

The VisualCron Service is setup to Logon As networkservice so we do not have credentials set on the task/job. These all work if I manually run them, with this message in the logs.

I did not see any notifications stating that the trigger was set to inactive when I looked through all the logs, but it was inactive this morning. Is there any specific error message I should be looking for within the logs?

It seems you had a Credential selected before - which no longer exist. Try editing that and make sure that no Credential is selected. Then click ok - this will overwrite current settings.

I believe we have done that previously, but I will go ahead and do it again and update you if the problem still occurs. Thanks Henrik!
