upgraded to 6.2.2 and no one can connect to the remote server from VC client.

It says to check the remote server and this is the log string.

Logon error for AD user: 'REDACTED' - unhanded AD error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Any idea how to get around this? For now we are using remote desktop which isn't that big a deal but problems only started when we upgraded to 6.2.2, previously it worked with zero issues.

1. did you upgrade both client and server?
2. please enable "extended debugging" in server settings and send the log_serverDATE.txt (to support@visualcron.com) log after trying to login

The extended debugging showed lots of "Object reference not set to an instance" errors. We restarted the server and the problem fixed it self. Upgraded a second server and the problem showed up, restarted first thing and that fixed itself. So you can close this, not sure why a restart was necessary but it works fine after that.
