Hello,

I have created a task in order to check a WebService. I set everything up to call a Ping method that tell me if the IIS Service is up.

Sadly when I run the task it return an exit code 77777 with the output :
Exception in Task: Root element is missing.

Does anyone have any idea on how I can resolve this issue.

Have you created the web service Task through API or client? Is it an official web service we can test against or?

Hi,

When you are on the server where the webservice is running, can you check the webservice through the browser if the method you are calling is working?
