Hello,

At some point the setting On Error Reconnect Attempts for triggers got lost and reset to "5" for all my triggers.

This poses a huge problem since 100 of them are monitoring remote UNC paths. When a remote server is rebooted, these triggers time out after 5 attempts and the trigger disables. Results in me having to re-enable 100 triggers.

I go into the trigger and set the value to "50" (or any other value) and hit OK.

When I go back into the trigger settings, it is back to "5" 😢

Thanks,

Drew

What version of VisualCron are you using?

Actually, scratch that. Its happening on 6.2.1, I just confirmed it. I edited a file trigger, changed it to 50 reconnect attempts, 60 seconds for On Error recononect interval, and only the 'On error reconnect attempts' reset back to 5. It doesn't save the value.

The bug is fixed for version 7. But it is important to know that we actually do save the value - but that the value is not displayed right after updating. However, you need to alter the value each time you edit the Job - otherwise it will be overwritten.

Would be very helpful if there was a way to set a default and/or a way to apply a setting to all my triggers.

thanks Henrik.
