I have a very specific question about temporary files used when creation a ZIP file, especially when the ZIP file is encrypted. Many (most) ZIP programs and libraries create temporary files on disk as they compress and create the ZIP output file. Does VisualCron do this? If so, where are those files created (i.e. system temp folder, folder of the ZIP output file, folder of the source files, etc.)? Is there any way to control where those files are created? When the ZIP file contents are being encrypted as part of the ZIP process, do any of those temporary files contain unencrypted data?

Yes, we use a temp folder and yes you can adjust it by going to Server tab->Server settings->Folders->Temp folder.

Follow-up questions:
1) When used to create encrypted ZIP files, are the files written to the temp folder encrypted or "clear text"?
2) What else is the temp folder used for?
