We are currently running version 6.1.0, I was attempting to upgrade to version 6.1.8 today on a Win 2K3 32-bit box, and came across the following error:

"Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'VisualCron.msi' in the box below"

Basically I attempted to do an upgrade initially, got this error, thus read another thread, and attempted to run the .msi after extracting the .exe, had the same issue. Thus I attempted to uninstall the version 6.1.0, and still coming up with this error, even after selecting the .msi file on the local drive. How can I remove the old version, and install a fresh copy?

Any thoughts, greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Thanks, I ended up fixing my issue, and forgot to update the thread.
