I update my web services. I modified the parameters expected by the web service. So I loaded up Visual Cron to modify my tasks that call these web services, clicked the refresh button to refresh the web service method signature. It cleared the parameters expected and when I double clicked on the parameter at the bottom to fill it in Visual Cron crashes.

We utilize Visual cron in our production ecommerce platform to run back end processes. Without these process we are completely down!

Which version are you running - please test the same with latest version.
