I am trying to run an SSIS task and getting the following error message:

File not found: C:\Windows\TEMP\VisualCron\a61ed8b2-a1cd-4f0b-8d02-82599ecdaeb2.xml
Exception in Task: Non zero exit code

The file does exist on disk in the above location. Could this be a permissions issue?

Yes, it could be, please make sure the SYSTEM account (local system) have access to read that. But it should have as it is the SYSTEM account that has written the file.

Hi Henrik

Thanks, not sure I understand your response. Is there any reason the local system account would not be able to access this file if it created it?

The SSIS task is configured with credentials of a user who has access to the SSIS server, does this make a difference?

I do not see a reason directly and I have never seen this before. This is just the normal temp folder. Check if local system have full permissions here.

Just confirmed Local System does have full permissions to the folder. Screenshot attached. Is there anything else I could be doing wrong? The task exit code is 77777

Do you use integrated authentication in your SSIS Task?

Sorry for the late reply.

Yes I am using integrated authentication.

I've changed the temporary folder location which has resolved the 'file not found' issue. I'm now getting other errors which may indicate a connection problem between the SSIS server and my VisualCron server.

Try using an IP instead of dns name of server.

Same error. I have verified from another instance of visualcron with better network access to the server running SSIS and it's working fine.

Side issue - now having problems adding variables to my SSIS task in VC since upgrading to 6.1.7. I can click the 'Add' button, enter details, however when I click 'Ok' nothing happens.
