We are still on an old version, 5.1.3, and would like to upgrade to the new version, 6.x.x.
What are the system requirements?
Are there any concerns?
Will all the scheduled items convert over, or with this big of a jump will be need to re-enter all jobs?
If I wanted to back up the 'job' files before upgrading, what folder(s) do I need to backup?
Thank you,

Yes, they will convert over, but here are some things to know/check before and after:

You only need to backup using "File menu->Export settings". Export the zip file to a safe place and you have a full backup.

You should have .NET 4.0 installed as versiion 6.1.7 (which will be released soon require that). Besides that it has same requirements as before.

Please let us know if you have further questions.

We have an issue sometimes where the 'triggers' disable.

It is frustrating because we do not know until someone informs us that they do not have a report.

Was this an issue with 5.1.3?

There is probably a good reason for it disabling. Please look at log to see why. If you need help let us know but then we need to get extract from log and that you tell us more about this Trigger ,what kind it is etc.

We also have the VisualCron Trigger which can tell admins that another Trigger has failed/been disabled - this way you will get notified first.
