Using SFTP with a certificate and can successfully "explore" the full contents of the server we are connecting to and see files in /home/username/dir1. We can even change the file names in there successfully using VC connection explorer.

But when we create a job to download *.* in that same directory, it errors with exit code 77777 and a result of "Unable to change folder to: /home/username/dir1, err: No such file" Tried declaring the folder as /home/username/dir1 and /home/username/dir1/ with no luck, also removed the "Case sensitive" switch.

Made sure the directory and all files in it have read permissions correct. Stumped!

Any help is appreciated.

Is it possible to create a test account for us? Then we would be able to see what really happens.

Ah, afraid not -- the system is not publically accessible. If it is possible to do a WebEx (or similar) I could get you guys in to have a look, though.

VC 6.1.4, by the way.

Heh, fine -- I will fess up. We have three connections all with similar names -- "servert1", "serverd1", "serverp1". (test, dev, prod) and they all look exactly the same except for that one directory. So, of course, I had the wrong server selected.

Server naming conventions will be the death of me.
