After encrypting file with VisualCron, partner is not able to decrypt with standard PGP desktop app. The desktop app is throwing error 3011:inalid passphrase specified.

Looked at key being used and that appears correct. Not sure what other settings need to be changed to correct issue. VisualCron offers several setting that do not appear to be exposed in PGP desktop app so not sure if these need to be modified and to what value if the case.

Any assistance would be hugely appreciated.

The reason might be that the application you use for decryption does not support new features in OpenPGP. Try unchecking "Use new features" in PGP encrypt->Encrypt tab.
