Hello,
We're having the same problem as listed in post http://www.visualcron.co....aspx?g=posts&t=1595 . How can we fix this? I'm pretty sure it was created by a cloned/copied task. However, I'm unsure what task/job. We did try restarting the service.

Thanks

Do you sometimes click on "Test Job" while having the Job opened?

Nope. The application is used by several others. None of them remember doing so either.

Just to confirm first - restarting the service restores state?

Yep, sure did. Was the first thing we tried.

Thanks!

Ok, so, we need your help to find out why. We could not reproduce this right away. One guess it that it has to do with Clone/Copy but the question is how to reproduce this. Is it clone or copy and is it clone copy of a Task or Job and what happens after that? Any information would we great.

We will try to add some debugging at server level as well for next version.

I THINK it might have been a clone on the job level. However honestly it is hard of us to recall the exact actions. Would sending you my settings file help?

I was also unable to duplicate the error. I did notice I don't receive an error if I export the settings and import them in on a test server. I'm a bit nervous to try this on production though.

Hi mmisko,

as we cannot reproduce this we will do some changes for next release:

1. log when this happens
2. correct error when Job is added (at server level)

(Still, we need to fix the initial problem at Client level - but doing that requires access of logs).

Our plan is to do this release in some days.

Great, thanks for your fast work!

We're working on updating the servers. First we'll have to do some testing in DEV. However, I upgraded my client and now I no longer receive an error message.
