In the email settings for the server I have :

ERORR: expecting 250. Received 451 5.7.3. Must Issue a STARTTLS command first

what am I missing ?

First you need to set TLS and then either Implicit or Explicit encryption.

These settings are only for Email Task. We will soon upgrade the Email Notification to support same settings.

Basically you can achieve the same by creating a Connection - a SMTP Connection. Then create an Email Task at end of Job.

There are no config files or anything in the backend that could be modified to allow TLS?

Hi everybody,

Any news about this upgrade ? It would be really nice to have the possibility to chose the connection for Email notification or simply for Email settings in the server options (as Email notification use these settings).

Indeed it is not really convenient to use a separate task, especially when used for an "On error" notification
