I have a job scheduled for 6 am Monday thru Friday that has been running reliably for more than a year. The job did not run this morning. It shows a last run date of 5/29/2012 6:00:03 AM and a next run of 5/31/2012 6:00:00 AM. The log shows 'Triggers will be recalculated due to time change in the system. (5/30/2012 4:53:02 AM - 5/30/2012 5:59:59 AM)' Is this why the job didn't run? What caused the triggers to recalculate?

Yes, this was the cause. Someone or the system changed the time on the server at about 6AM. This caused recalculation of next run. Unfortunately, at that exact time it caused the Job to skip a day.
