Hi, I'm currently evaluating v6.0.8 and the ability to make a call to a WCF service will be critical in our decision making process. So far I was able to set up the task, the discovery worked fine, but when I'm trying to run it I get "Object reference not set to an instance of an object". I'm using Windows security, no proxy, no soap header, WCF discovery mode.

What would be interesting is if we could test it in a way from here. Perhaps if you can send WCF service executable or source code. If possible, please send it to support@visualcron.com

If you cannot send the exact code a modified version would do. I guess the problem is the interface so the inner workings is not that interesting.

Please test this version:

Note that you need to re-discover any existing WCF Task before running.

Getting a different message now:

The HTTP request is unauthorized with client authentication scheme 'Ntlm'. The authentication header received from the server was 'NTLM'.

Did you refresh the settings against the service? You need to discover it again before running it. Please send a screen shot of your VisualCron settings.

Yes I did. I even created one from scratch after I got the error again. Just emailed you a screen shot.

That’s it!! Your mentioning the password made me click around for a place the password can be put in – that’s how I found “Manage Credentials” screen where it was missing. It’s working now. Thanks so much for your help!!
