I am not able to upload csv files with VisualCron, the file are not bigger than 3mb.
I am using now Filzila clinet on the same server it works without any problem.
The file is been partial uploaded to the FTP,the error i am getting "err: control channel transfer."

Please advise !

Then the problem, is most likely, the timeout value, that you have in the Connection. Please increase it.

The problem was that the user had timeout on the Job level.
