Hi, I am trying to download some files via FTP TLS Explicit and VC can't see the files on the server. I thought perhaps that it was something to do with the format of the filenames:

YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS+(utc offset)-filename.csv

  • The files exist and i can manaully download

  • The DIR is correct and i can download other files (via VC) not following this naming convention.

  • The filemask is set to *.*

Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Thank you.

If you go to Server tab->Tools->FTPS Explorer and connect. Do you see the files there?

If yes, please send a screenshot to support@visualcron.com

This is probably related to this post: http://www.visualcron.co....aspx?g=posts&t=2179

Download probably fails as Windows does not support colon ":" in file names. If you want you can override the settings just like in the post above.
