You have the Clone functionality. Right click on a Task and you will see.

Yes, I have used clone jobs/tasks to dup[licate tasks for testing. How do we move tasks from one job to another? I am looking for the option to copy and paste the tasks. Thanks

I am sorry, I found it. I just right clicked and selected Clone all these days. Now I see the submenu that allows to clone to different jobs. Thanks.

Can we move any job under another job as a task? If we want to consolidate a few jobs into one job, how can we do that? Thanks

You can have a job starting other jobs, you might want to look into this feature.

Erik
Uses Visualcron since 2006.

We wanted to reduce the clutter of having numerous jobs. As I previously reported we have three jobs for running one job. One for the actual job, one for success notification based on the output file and one for the error notification based on the output file generated by the batch job.

I am not sure how to consolidate them into one. It looks like a huge list when we see the jobs list.

I don't see so many options but:

* combine Jobs by moving Tasks of 2 Jobs into 1 Job
* use VisualCron Task to run second Job
* use VisualCron Trigger to run Job when other Job is complete
