Process status: About to raise task completed

In one of the tasks, the message says "Failed to close the output file C:\Program files....\tmp\..... The process cannot access the file C:\program files\temp\.....because the file is being used by another process.

Is any action needed here?

It could be that you want to access a file that is in use by an other program.
The directory name in which the file is located 'could' also be the name of the program using it. This could be a good starting point to look for answers.
Which task in you job gave this message?

Erik

We are storing output in temporary files. After execution we are trying to delete these files. Sometimes the file may be temporarily locked. But the files will be deleted later. This is not a serious error. You can try switching to Run managed. When doing that we do not save the temporary files.

Hi,

I am getting the same message with many jobs. The path has double slashes before the tmp folder like C:\Program files\Visual cron\\tmp\

How do we correct the path to avoid this error?

Thanks

This is not a problem and will not affect your tasks and we will stop logging this. You can ignore this error.
