Hi Support

I have discovered a problem and I don't know what the cause is.

I have a VC Job which is reading data from an SSH Server. Once it has finished downloading the data file, it writes it to another trigger folder which is being watched by another Job (on the same server). However, when the Trigger activates on the second job, it fails. The Job Log gives an Exit Code of 7777 (which I believe is a Visual Cron specific error), but there is no other error descriptions. The file(s) stays in the Trigger folder so no action is being taken.

I have also tried manually copying and pasting the files in to the trigger folder but it still errors.

The trigger is defined as 'File' with a Folder Path of '\\10.20.40.71\ProMail_DATA\@VC\Datain' and a File mask of *.*. watch type is Created and Changed, and 'Trigger when file has been released' is checked.

Any idea what the problem might be?

Cheers

Might be something interesting in the log file if you send it to support@visualcron.com

Hi Henrik

Very strange - I redefined the Job and it seemed to resolve the issue! Suspect it was something I had done, perhaps cloning the Job from another server?

Anyway it's all working now

Cheers
