When I use one job to FTP a file to a local directory, and trigger another job to monitor for file change and creation in the directory, I get triggered three times instead of only one. This causes the second job to run three times instead of one. How do I make it trigger only once? Thanks.

Hmm. When I use Windows' FTP to download the file, it also triggers three times. So I think it's not a VisualCron problem.

Might be the settings on the Trigger. You should only use "Created" and also check Trigger when file has been released.
