Hi Support

I have a connectivity issue and I can't seem to resolve it. I have VC installed on two servers. e.g. Server-1 and server-2. On Server 1, I have the Client connected to localhost, and also have a connection defined to Server-2. I can also see this fine from the same Client.

However on Server-2 when I run the Client I can only see Localhost, it won't allow me to connect to Server-1 even though the Connection is set up correctly (identically to Server-1).

TCP Ports 16444 are opened for both inbound and outbound connections within Windows Firewall.

I think this is causing a problem when I try to run a VC Job remotely From Server-1 on Server-2 - when I refresh the Remote Server jobs in the VC task, it causes VC to Crash (I have sent the crash log over to you in the automated process).

Any reasons why you think this may be causing a problem?

Cheers
