I sometimes need to start a website on IIS that has stopped. There are tasks for starting and stopping, but if I try to start an already started site, it fails. There is no task for finding the current state of the website. So I would like either or the below:

1) A task that gives you the current state of a website

2)In the 'Change state of the web site' task, another option in the dropdown list: 'Start if stopped'
