Hi all,

Yesterday afternoon we had a problem during a restart of VisualCron Server.
After the restart, all tasks had disappeared. We were reviewing the log of the Visualcron and found this :

04/04/2016 18:40:02 Debug Loading jobs

04/04/2016 18:40:17 Debug Saving Jobs

To fix the issue, we had to import all the configuration from backup. Could you help us in order to have more information about these error and if we can apply any fix to to definitively solve?

Support will need to know at a minimum which version of VisualCron you're currently using as well as what Operating system.

Was there any other activity as far as Users/admins making any changes to jobs when the server was rebooted? Maybe something was in the middle of being saved as the service stopped? Was there anything out of the ordinary during the reboot? Any services/apps/etc... require you to click 'force close' to finish the reboot?

I'll leave the rest up to Henrik (Support), just thought i'd ask a few questions quick.
