Hi Henrik,

I am having problems with a Job I have created copying files (on the same server)

Quote:

D:\Dept\Finance\Monthly Queries\Audit\New_ACNO_Cust_TM 2008-11-03-12-50-24.xls -> D:\Dept\Reports\Monthly2\Audit\New_ACNO_Cust_TM 2008-11-03-12-50-24.xls OK
D:\Dept\Finance\Monthly Queries\Audit\New_ACNO_Cust_TM 2008-12-01-08-02-30.xls -> D:\Dept\Reports\Monthly2\Audit\New_ACNO_Cust_TM 2008-12-01-08-02-30.xls OK
D:\Dept\Finance\Monthly Queries\BDU\08-09\1.5_A_GRADED_CUST_REPORT_OVER_GRADE_3_A-LOANS_AS_AT_01-09-2008.CSV -> D:\Dept\Reports\Monthly2\08-09\1.5_A_GRADED_CUST_REPORT_OVER_GRADE_3_A-LOANS_AS_AT_01-09-2008.CSV OK
D:\Dept\Finance\Monthly Queries\BDU\08-09\1.5_B_GRADED_CUST_REPORT_OVER_GRADE_3_B-ACATOD_AS_AT_01-09-2008.CSV -> D:\Dept\Reports\Monthly2\08-09\1.5_B_GRADED_CUST_REPORT_OVER_GRADE_3_B-ACATOD_AS_AT_01-09-2008.CSV OK
D:\Dept\Finance\Monthly Queries\BDU\08-09\15.1_A_TIME_ACCS_MATURING_IN_NEXT_65_DAYS_BY_A-BDU_AS_OF_01-09-2008.CSV -> D:\Dept\Reports\Monthly2\08-09\15.1_A_TIME_ACCS_MATURING_IN_NEXT_65_DAYS_BY_A-BDU_AS_OF_01-09-2008.CSV OK

as you can see I am copying from D:\Dept\Finance\Monthly Queries\ to D:\Dept\Reports\Monthly2\

So it should copy and keep the directory structure, the first folder (Audit) copies fine but then when it gets to BDU then a sub directory it isn't retaining the parent folder name once it copies to the destination (I am getting all the subfiles/folders in the Monthly2 root folder were it should be inside Monthly2/BDU.

We make a good team Henrik! This version does the job!\:d/

I understand you do not need the FTP test account anymore?

ErikC: Thanks, we don't need that account anymore.

Levi: Do you have an ending backslash at the source folder - if so, please try removing it.

Hi Henrik,

It does not copy anything if I remove the ending backslash on the source folder. My settings are below.

Note: This used to work fine in 4.x - did you change anything?

I removed the slash, still nothing copies

Edit: I removed the slash and get the following error:

Unhandled exception in Task: Index was outside the bounds of the array.

What do you see in the server log file in the log folder in Visualcron application folder? You can put in more debug info in this file by modifying the debug section in VisualCron.

Yes, we tried this, with your settings, against a MSFTP server with success. Is it possible that you can copy the directory structure and files and send to  (if you cannot supply a test account).
