When scheduling a time trigger. It would be nice to have an option to specify a specific time zone and day light savings option.

We have several process that need to run at a specific time for specific clients who live in time zones where daylight savings are not observed (our servers observe day light savings). I would be nice to be able to setup the time and choose the time zone and / or daylight savingings settings.

That way we would not need to change the task time twice a year.
