Hi

More an organisational suggestion - For Jobs that may use a lot of variables, would it be possible to introduce an additional hierarchical level for User Defined Variables, for example, Jobname? This would allow Jobs and tasks that have a dependency on many user variables to be easily located in the variables dialogue.

Cheers

Not sure what you are saying here. Normal Variables are indeed in a hierarchical sorting.

You are talking about JobName but that is not a user Variable?

Hi Henrik

I was thinking about organising or grouping variables together, either by the jobname in which they are used, or by their purpose.

In the variables window, any User Defined Variables are listed below the heading 'User Defined Variables'. If there are many variables (e.g. 100+) for all jobs and tasks, it could be very difficult to find and reference a particular variable.

Thanks
