This is not something we have ever been able to reproduce or heard of from any other customer. Are you RDP'ing in to a server or what sort of environment are you using?

Could you try a full re-install and see if you can reproduce the issue? If you can, please record a short video if possible, and send the info to support@visualcron.com

It seems that in the latest version 9.9.12 of the software, double-clicking on a row to edit it is not consistently working. Instead, an error message saying "You must select a row" appears randomly when trying to edit a job or task. This issue may need to be addressed by the software developers to ensure proper functionality. My Sutter Online
