Hi VC,

I'm used to look in to older data because it could be possible that someone before me had the same problem or lookalike.
when you create a topic its nice that the following is showing:

BUT when you click it most of the time you get the following error:


Most referring topics are like this. (not available anymore)

or you guys continue via email and the answer is mostly not posted in the topics.
Then there is a ticket system but the users cannot see there on tickets only via email.

Would be nice for the whole community(VC users) if this will be updated/fixed/changed.
