I am looking to save the file with the date and time stamp (ie:
prod_abc123@18092008_150345.zip
)

You use Variables for that. Open the Variables window from the Task. Choose the DATEFORMAT Variable and adjust so that you get the wanted format.

I used this variable: {DATEFORMAT(M/d/yyyy hh:mm tt)}
The rename task fails and gives this message: Rename file failed with error. The given path's format is not supported

Slashes / are not allowed in file names. Please change the format as you specified.
