Two days we can't get anything from sales regarding our activation.
Somehow our server is loosing visualcorn activation and when we trying to activate it again then getting message that our key already registred.
We are using visualcron in production server and 2 day we can't operate.
Why your support is too slow?
How we can resolve activation problem?

Yes, we have sent a new email to Ruben Grigoryan that we have reset the activation. We did that the 23rd.
