I have a task running an SSIS job and the following error was returned. Does anyone know what the problem is?

Error: -1073651690,Failed to decrypt protected XML node "DTS:Property" with error 0x8009000B "Key not valid for use in specified state.". You may not be authorized to access this information. This error occurs when there is a cryptographic error. Verify that the correct key is available.

As discussed on Skype this is probably permissions related. Please try with Credential in latest 5.5.6. version.

I am using domain admin authority in the service account and in the VC task.

Local System in service should be enough. And domain Credential in Task - however - this requires version 5.5.6 to work fully. Version 5.5.5. do not use the Credential set in the Task.
