Hello,

when i transfer a Folder/File, that includes a UTF-8 Character in the Name, the Character is not transfered correctly it seems.
I try it with WinSCP and FileZilla - both have a setting to FORCE UTF-8 in the transfer.

In the Log from VisualCron i found this:

09:37:22: Connect->ObjectDumper: UseUTF8=True
09:37:22: Connect->ObjectDumper: UseUTF8OnV3=False

Why is the value on V3 is set to False? As i understand my problem, this is the reason, why i can not transfer the files without problems.
