VisualCron is being flagged by Tenable, our vulnerability management system, for the issues listed below. The issues appear to be caused by the self signed "myvc, myvc, and vc" certificates.
-SSL Certificate Cannot Be Trusted
-SSL Certificate with Wrong HostName.
Does VisualCron 7.7.1 require these certs to run? If we configure VisualCron with our own certificate signed by approved CA, will it stop VisualCron from generating the self signed certificates? Or how do we configure VisualCron to stop generating these self signed certificates if possible. Our certificates require the FQDN in the "Common Name" so we cannot submit the "myvc, myvc, and vc" certs to be to signed.
