Hi all!

I have a problem with VisualCron connecting to a FTP. I've been reading a looking how to solve the problem in the forum, but I didn't have any luck for solving my problem. Basically, I'm getting this error: "Control channel transfer error 114690". In FileZilla I connect through a normal FTP, with proxy connection that use my window ID and my password to authenticate.

The different solutions that I've tried are:
a) I've already tried to use another protocol types, like implicit or explicit.
b) untick "automatically adjust passive...".
c) To use "PORT" instead of "PASV"
d) To use "Brute force test".

I don't have any problem with my other FTP, except with this. Also, due to I'm using my window account and my password to authenticate, I won't be able to share my details with you.
Could someone have any possible solution or idea, please?
Thanks!!

Does FileZilla require you to enter your userid/pwd or is it relying on your network logon and passing it through? if the latter, you may need to do one of the following 2 options:
  1. Create a credential that matches your userid/password and reference that credential in the Download/Upload dialog box.
  2. Request a non-Active Directory account to use for FTP'ing.

If you elect option 1, you will need to update the credentials each time you update your AD password, so I advise option 2 for lower maintenance requirements.
