Is it possible to turn off the pop alerts on the server? I've unchecked both the settings in the "Manage Client Settings" and tray "Settings" menus, but they are still appearing. I didn't see any settings in the Server settings menus.

This is a multi user environment, and when a user is connected via Remote Desktop, we don't want the alerts popping up all the time.

Did you really right click on the lower right Tray Client, chosed settings and unchecked "Show Job Start Notifications" and "Show Job Complete Notifications"?
