Trying to use the Webmacro recorder. Its working well however a couple of questions.
If I have recorded some steps is there any way I can add to the steps or do I have to rerecord all the steps.
Also is there any way to store steps in one webmacro job (say logging in) and then that fire off to other jobs.
Finally the extract attribute, is there any way to use variables in the "extract element attribute value step"

We are re-working the Web macro to be more versatile which you will see soon in a beta version. Most likely, adding stuff later will be easier even though it is not simple and straight forward as there are a lot of dependencies on the current page.

It should be possible to use Web macro Task with "store cookies" option to logon in one Task and then continue in other. But in general it is not recommend because of what being said above about state of pages. There are simply a lot of dependencies on a page.

You can extract to a Variable - what problems are you facing with that?
